Magnolia was designed as a comfortable full-size tiny house with an open interior atmosphere and strong architectural character. The curved roofline, panoramic windows, and natural wood finishes create a soft and organic feeling throughout the project.
Built with two loft areas and multiple windows, the house feels significantly larger than its footprint while maintaining full mobility and functionality..

Exterior

The exterior combines larch wood cladding with dark metal surfaces, creating a strong visual contrast between natural materials and modern geometry.
The rounded roof softens the overall shape of the house and gives Magnolia its unique architectural identity. Large amount of windows placed across multiple levels allow daylight to enter the house from every direction and make the exterior feel visually lighter despite the full-size layout.

Interior

Magnolia was designed around openness and natural materials. The interior features natural larch flooring, exposed wood textures, and high ceilings that emphasize the vertical space created by the curved roof.
Two separate loft areas make the layout flexible for families, guests, or mixed-use living arrangements. The custom goose-step staircase was integrated directly into the interior structure to save space while keeping the central area visually open.
The project was delivered without furniture, allowing the future owner complete freedom in shaping the atmosphere and functionality of the living space.
